What is the turnaround time for translations?

Turnaround time depends on the languages, volume and specialization required. A translator can translate about 1500 words per day, while an editor could work on around 6000 words per day.

Is there an additional fee for rush jobs?

We always strive to accommodate you with the fastest turnaround times possible. If you need a translation faster than that, please contact us and we will discuss the possibilities with you.

How do you handle confidential information?

Your sensitive information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Trust is absolutely vital, and we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement at your request.

How can I provide my material?

We accept material in nearly every format. If unsure, don’t hesitate to ask. Together, we will find a solution.

Are the translators native speakers?

Yes. We select translators from the huge number of freelance translators working around the world by using a methodology called peer review. By this we select qualified translators and monitor their quality on an ongoing basis. One translator’s work is evaluated by another translator with similar or more experience. Once the translator passes the test, we start him/her with small projects and continuously apply the peer review methodology by always having the text revised and commented on by a senior reviser. Once the translator has proven time and time again to be excellent, we start assigning large projects to him/her.

What distinguishes TRADOZO from other agencies?

We offer fast turnaround times, quality and confidentiality at fair rates. Revision by a native proofreader is always included in the price.

Why doesn’t TRADOZO offer the translation of legal documents?

We believe that legal documents are crucial for a business and that these documents can only be made by a lawyer or legal specialist. Legal documents need to abide with the terms of the local law. We can help you find a local legal specialist.

How do I pay for translation services?

You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.

What happens if I decide to cancel a project?

Projects that are EUR 100 or less are non-refundable. All other projects are subject to an administrative fee of EUR 100 plus work that has already been done.
